ISLAMABAD: Former inspector general of police (IGP) Zulfiqar Ahmad Cheema believes in idealism and always remains busy in the pursuit of perfection.
This was stated by Adviser to Prime Minister on Revenue Haroon Akhtar at the launching ceremony of Mr Cheema’s book Do Tok at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) on Thursday.
It is the second book written by Mr Cheema.
His first book, Do Tok Batein, was published in 2014. Mr Cheema, who is also a columnist, is currently working as the executive director of the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission.
The PM’s adviser said though Mr Cheema worked as a police officer his vision was not limited to the police.
“He tried to address issues of the whole country and never compromised on principles.
Moreover, as head of the commission he is now working for the betterment of the youth and preparing them for the development of the country,” he said.
